运用AMPA无创身心健康检测评估系统对代谢综合征患者健康管理的效果评估

Evaluation of the Effect of AMPA Non-invasive Physical and Mental Health Assessment System on Health Management of Patients with Metabolic Syndrome

目的分析运用AMPA无创身心健康检测评估系统(简称AMP系统)对代谢综合征患者进行健康管理的效果评估。方法从我院选取2018年8月至2019年4月,接受健康管理的代谢综合征患者80例为本次研究的对象,按照随机数表法将这些患者分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组患者使用一般的健康管理模式,观察组患者则应用AMP系统对患者进行检测,得出18个系统125项指标,并对其进行分析后精细化健康管理,观察两组患者在健康管理后的有无差异。结果观察组患者应用AMP系统健康管理,其生化指标及个体感觉均明显优于对照组。结论对代谢综合征患者应用AMP系统进行健康管理,有针对性地提出预防措施和个体化改变生活方式,充分降低疾病风险,效果明显优于常规健康管理,在健康管理领域中值得广泛推广和应用。

Objective To evaluate the eff ect of AMPA non-invasive physical and mental health assessment system(AMP)on health management of patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods From August 2018 to April 2019,80 patients with metabolic syndrome who received health management were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the method of random number table,these patients were divided into control group and observation group,40 cases each,the control group patients used the general health management model,and the observation group patients used AMP system to testing patients.After testing,125 indexes of 18 systems were obtained,and the health management was refi ned after analysis,and the diff erence between the two groups was observed.Results The patients in the observation group were treated with AMP system health management,and their biochemical indexes and individual sensation were signifi cantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion The application of the AMP system to the patients with metabolic syndrome for their health management,targeted preventive measures and individual changes in lifestyle,fully reduce the risk of disease,the eff ect is signifi cantly better than routine health management,it is worth popularizing and applying in the fi eld of health management.
