Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing on rehabilitation and adverse reactions of patients with cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Methods From May 2019 to may 2020,88 patients with cardiac arrest who received cardiopulmonary resuscitation in Dalian Central Hospital were selected as the main analysis objects.According to the ratio of 1∶1,th e patients were divided into control group(44 cases, routine nursing)and observation group(44 cases, emergency nursing). The rehabilitation eff ect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The average arterial pressure and heart rate of the observation group were(9.63±1.42)kPa and(82.54±7.03)times respectively, which were higher than those of the control group(7.34±1.51)kPa and(61.77±9.34)times,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the hospitalization time of the observation group was(6.37±3.52)d,which was shorter than(8.16±3.95)d of the control group, the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the adverse reactions of the observation group were statistically signifi cant the incidence rate was 4.55%,which was lower than 27.27%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of emergency nursing intervention for patients with cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation has a positive role in promoting the rehabilitation eff ect of patients, and can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
