综合护理干预对妇科腹腔镜手术后静脉血栓发生的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Venous Thrombosis after Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的观察综合护理干预对妇科腹腔镜手术后静脉血栓发生的影响。方法选择的研究对象为葫芦岛市中心医院2016年1月至2019年1月收治的妇科腹腔镜手术患者150例,其中79例采取了综合护理干预措施,作为观察组;71例采取了常规护理措施,作为对照组。观察两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、静脉血栓发生率、住院时间及护理满意度方面的差异。结果全部患者手术过程顺利,无1例并发症出现。护理干预后,两组患者在手术时间,失血量方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。观察组静脉血栓发生率、住院时间均低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采取综合护理干预措施能够有效降低妇科腹腔镜手术患者深静脉血栓的发生率,提高患者护理满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on venous thrombosis after gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.Methods The selected study subjects were 150 patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery admitted to Huludao Central Hospital from January 2016 to January 2019,of which 79 cases took comprehensive nursing intervention measures as the observation group;71 cases took routine nursing measures,as a control group.The differences in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of venous thrombosis,length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were observed.Results All patients had a smooth operation and no other complications occurred.There was no statistically signifi cant diff erence between the two groups in terms of operation time and blood loss(P>0.05).The incidence of venous thrombosis and the length of stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group.The diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking comprehensive nursing intervention measures can eff ectively reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery and improve patient care satisfaction.
