肠内营养在重型颅脑损伤患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Enteral Nutrition in Nursing Care of Patients with Severe Craniocerebral Injury

目的探讨肠内营养在重型颅脑损伤患者的临床护理中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表分组法将我院手术的68例重型颅脑损伤患者分为对照组(34例)和观察组(34例)。在常规治疗和护理的基础上,对照组接受肠外营养支持,观察组接受肠内营养支持。对比两组的营养状态(血清白蛋白、血红蛋白、总蛋白)、生活质量(生理功能、社会职能、情感状态、健康状态)、不良反应和护理满意度。结果观察组的营养状态、生活质量、护理满意度均高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对重型颅脑损伤患者的临床护理中实施肠内营养支持的效果显著,可有效改善患者的营养状况和生活质量。

Objective To explore the application eff ect of enteral nutrition in clinical nursing of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods Sixtyeighet patients with severe craniocerebral injury operated in our hospital were divided into control group(34 cases)and observation group(34 cases)by random number table grouping method.On the basis of routine treatment and nursing,the control group received parenteral nutrition support while the observation group received enteral nutrition support.The nutritional status(serum albumin,hemoglobin,total protein),quality of life(physiological function,social function,emotional state,health state),adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The nutritional status,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Enteral nutrition support is eff ective in clinical nursing of patients with severe craniocerebral injury,which can eff ectively improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients.
