The development of economy and the progress of society put forward higher requirements for hospitals in the new era.Strengthening the personnel management of hospitals is of great significance to assist hospitals in selecting excellent talents,improving hospital operation efficiency and creating a harmonious working atmosphere.This paper fi rst analyzes the necessity of strengthening hospital personnel management,then expounds the problems of hospital personnel management in the new era,and fi nally puts forward measures to strengthen hospital personnel management in the new era and makes a summary.
