我国综合医院发热门诊现状及存在问题分析

Brief Analysis of the Current Situation and Problems of Fever Clinic in Comprehensive Hospitals in China

目的以我国发热门诊现状为背景,结合对129家综合医院发热门诊相关调查,分析其现状并探讨其存在的问题。方法采用现况调查和历史资料分析相结合的方法对搜集的医院发热门诊情况数据进行描述分析。结果调查医院的发热门诊系统整体滞后,在设备设施建设、预检分诊管理、防控设备管理、人员配备及培训、环境清洁消毒等诸多方面存在问题。结论综合医院应利用现有条件,结合传染病诊疗相关资源,对发热门诊进行合理配置、严格流程、规范化管理,在面临传染性疾病引发的公共卫生问题时,应具备第一时间鉴别上报的能力,最大限度预防传染病突发公共卫生事件的发生及蔓延。

Objective Based on the current situation of the fever clinics in 129 comprehensive hospitals,to analyze its current situation in China and discuss the problems.Methods Cross-sectional survey and historical data analysis were used to analyze the data of fever clinics basic condition.Results The fever clinics system was lagging behind,and there were problems in equipment and facilities construction,pre-inspection and triage management,prevention and control equipment management,personnel allocation and training,environmental cleaning and disinfection,etc.Conclusion The comprehensive hospital should make use of the existing conditions,combine with the relevant resources of infectious disease diagnosis and treatment,reasonably allocate the fever clinics,strictly standardize process and management,and should be able to identify and report the infectious diseases as soon as possible to prevent the occurrence of public health emergencies to the greatest extent.
