摘要
在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间国家大力发展互联网诊疗服务的背景下,北京大学肿瘤医院乳腺癌预防治疗中心在院内多部门的密切配合下充分利用智能管理系统提供的数据进行顶层设计,构建了全院首个临床科室线上诊疗系统。系统能满足门诊管理服务、资源限制、疫情要求和患者体验等多方面的需求,初步验证了线上诊疗系统在优化诊疗体系、提高门诊效率、促进分级诊疗、提升服务品质和改善患者就医体验等方面的作用,保障了疫情期间中心门诊诊疗工作的有序开展,在肿瘤专科医院临床科室中具有较好的推广应用价值。
Under the background of the national development of internet diagnosis and treatment service under COVID-19 epidemic,the Breast Center of Peking University Cancer Hospital,with close cooperation of multiple departments in the hospital,made full use of the data provided by the intelligent management system for top-level design,and constructed the first online diagnosis and treatment system for clinical departments in the whole hospital.The system can meet the requirements of outpatient management services,resource constraints and epidemic situation,the requirements of patient experience and other aspects,preliminarily verify the role of online diagnosis and treatment system in optimizing the diagnosis and treatment system,improving the efficiency of outpatient service,promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,improving the service quality and the patient’s medical experience,in order to ensure the orderly development of the central outpatient diagnosis and treatment work during the epidemic period.It has good promotion and application value in the clinical departments of cancer hospitals.
