摘要
对一种新型转盘式的间歇运动机构进行了研究,这种间歇运动机构设计更加灵活多样,使用范围更加广泛。简述了设计其间歇机构中凹槽曲线所需要的数学解析式。通过Pro/E三维软件建立和装配了该间歇机构的模型,利用Pro/E下的运动仿真模块模拟了间歇机构的运行,验证了转盘式间歇机构的可行性,在角速度和角加速度图像中得到了从动件的运动规律,在相同的条件下比较、分析了三种不同杆数下与三种不同动停比下间歇运动机构的特性参数和各自的特点。
A new type of turntable intermittent motion mechanism is introduced.The intermittent motion mechanism is designed more flexibly and widely.The mathematical analytic formula needed to design the grooves in the mechanism is briefly described.The model of the intermi1 ttent mechanism was established and assembled in the Pro/E 3D software.The operation of the intermittent mechanism was simulated under the motion simulation module under Pro/E.The feasibility of the intermittent mechanism was verified.The movement law of the follower was obtained from the angular velocity and angular acceleration image,Under the same conditions,the characteristic parameters and their respective characteristics of intermittent motion mechanisms under three different rob and three different dynamic stop ratio are compared and analyzed.
