摘要
对利用非共面两个圆进行摄像机标定的方法进行研究,在通过分析圆筒形工件内部两个非共面圆的投影特性的基础上,提出了一种新的摄像机标定方法。该方法根据圆筒半径和两圆所在平面的距离以及投影平面的两个椭圆存在的几何和代数约束关系;在识别出圆点和消隐点的基础上,计算得到摄像机的内外参数。最后,通过模拟验证该方法对噪声的鲁棒性,并将实验求取结果与实际参数对比,具体算例表明该方法能够准确地对摄像机进行标定,且标定误差不超过2mm。
With studying the method of camera calibration using two non-coplanar circles and based on the analysis of the projection characteristics of two non-coplanar circles inside a cylindrical workpiece,a new camera calibration method is proposed.The method is based on the geometric and algebraic constraint relationships between radius of the cylinder,the plane of the two circles and the existence of the two ellipses of the projection plane.On the basis of recognizing the circle points and vanishing points,the internal and external parameters of the camera are calculated.Finally,the robustness of this method to noise is verified by simulation.The experimental results are compared with the actual parameters.A specific example shows that this method can accurately calibrate the camera and the calibration error does not exceed 2 mm.
