超声处理对组织工程骨支架性能的影响

摘要 为改善组织工程骨支架机械性能、表面孔隙形貌及内部微观颗粒结构,利用自行研制机械式挤出3D打印装置制备PVA/SF/HA复合材料组织工程骨支架,通过超声波处理以达到对组织工程骨支架的改性。探究在频率40kHz,功率为70W,处理时长为90s、280s、480s的三种不同情况下,通过进行SEM、XRD、FT-IR和力学实验测试来表征样品。结果表明:经超声波处理过的支架,其抗压缩和抗剪切性能均有较为明显的提高,表面孔隙形貌和微观颗粒结构也都有显著改善,并且随超声波处理时间的增加,力学性能和表面形貌的改善越明显。 In order to improve the mechanical properties,surface pore morphology and microstructure of the tissue engineering bone scaffold,the self-developed mechanical extrusion 3D printing device was used to prepare the PVA/SF/HA composite tissue engineering bone scaffold,and the tissue engineering bone scaffold was modified by ultrasonic treatment.The samples were tested and characterized by SEM,XRD,FT-IR and mechanical experiments in three different cases of frequency 40 kHz,power of 70 W,and 90 s,280 s and 480 s.The results show that the compression and shear resistance of the scaffold treated by ultrasonic wave can be improved obviously,the surface pore morphology and microstructure of the surface are improved significantly,and the improvement of mechanical properties and surface morphology is more obvious with the increase of ultrasonic treatment time.
