树脂CBN砂轮修整条件的多指标正交模糊优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探究砂轮修整对磨削性能的影响规律关系,优化修整条件,以修整速比、修整切深、修整轮磨料粒度、修整轮硬度、修整轮磨料类型为条件因素,通过正交试验获得修整去除效率、修锐效果、磨削比、磨削表面质量等修整、磨削结果指标,再采用方差法和极差法分析5个因素对各指标影响的分布规律,并构建修整-磨削模糊评价模型,对修整后磨削性能进行综合分析。研究结果表明,模糊理论与正交分析结合的评价模型,对砂轮修整条件优化和相关系统性研究具有重要指导性作用。 In order to research influencerules of the relationship between wheel dressing and grindingperformance,and optimize dressing conditions,a series of orthogonal experiments based on the variable factors of speed ratio,dressing depth,dressing wheel abrasivegranularity,dressing wheel hardness,and dressing wheel grain were carried out,from which the dressing and grinding results such as wheel removal efficiency,dressingeffect,grindingratio,grindingsurfacequality,were gained.Afterwards,the rangemethod andvariancemethod were used to analyse the influence of 5 factors above-mentioned on all the test indexes.Besides,a fuzzyevaluationmodel for dressing and grinding was built,which made a comprehensive analysis on wheel grinding performanceafter dressing.The resultsdemonstrated that the evaluationmodel based on fuzzytheory and orthogonal analysishas the instructivesignificance on wheel dressing condition optimization and relatedsystematicresearch.
