基于电流与振动信号的转子单点碰磨故障诊断研究 被引量:4

摘要 作为转子系统动静碰磨的一种特殊形式,转子单点碰磨的研究与分析对碰磨故障诊断具有重要意义,为了全面有效地对其进行研究,提出了一种结合定子电流信号与振动信号的故障诊断方法,推导了定子电流信号如何反应动静碰磨特性,同时利用变分模态分解对振动信号的微弱故障特征进行了提取,分析观察两种信号的频谱特征,可以通过捕捉边频带来判断转子是否发生碰磨。利用MATLAB/Simulink对故障诊断原理进行了仿真实验,结合具体转子系统平台进行实验成功检测出了转子单点碰磨故障。 As a special form of the rubbing fault between rotor and stator in the rotor system,the research and analysis of rotor single-point rubbing is of great significance to the rubbing fault diagnosis.In order to study it comprehensively and effectively,a method of combining stator current signal with vibration signal was proposed and that how the stator current signal reacts to the dynamic and static rubbing characteristics was deduced.At the same time,the weak fault feature of the vibration signal was extracted by using variational mode decomposition.By analyzing and observing the spectral characteristics of the two signals,it could be determined that whether the rotor had been rubbed by capturing a series of frequency bands.The MATLAB/Simulink was used to simulate the fault diagnosis principle,and the rotor single-point rubbing fault was successfully detected by experiment on a specific rotor system platform.
