摘要
隔热性能是决定折棚风挡是否满足铁道客车要求的重要条件,折棚风挡在投入使用前需要进行隔热性能的试验。为此,开发了铁道客车风挡隔热试验台控制系统,以工控机为控制核心,通过多次试验确定加热器在风挡内的合理位置,使得加热器加热时风挡内各点温度比较均匀稳定上升,利用温控器控制加热器加热至设定温度并保持温度稳定,使用检定过的温度传感器采集风挡各个测点的温度,利用远程I/O模块传递温度数据给工控机进行存储和处理,通过对存储的温度数据进行计算,完成风挡隔热性能检测。从而提高了折棚风挡隔热性能的检测效率,减轻了工人的劳动强度,降低了工厂的生产成本。
The heat insulation performance is the important condition to decide whether the shed windshield can meet the requirements of the railway passenger car.Therefore,the control system of the railway passenger car windshield heat insulation test rig is developed,which takes the industrial control machine as the control core,determines the reasonable position of the heater in the windshield by several tests,makes the temperature of each point in the windshield more uniformly and steadily rising,and uses the thermostat to control the heating device to set the temperature and keep the temperature.It uses the calibrated temperature sensor to collect the temperature of each point of the windshield,and uses the remote I/O module to transfer the temperature data to the industrial control machine to store and process,and calculates the temperature data of the storage,and completes the insulation performance detection of the windshield.Thus,the detection efficiency of the heat insulation performance of the folding shed windshield is improved,the labor intensity of the workers is reduced,and the production cost of the factory is reduced.
