摘要
利用CFD方法对多级吸尘器电风机内部流场进行仿真分析,得到了压力与速度分布图。结果显示:内部整体压力对称,真空度达0.0405 MPa,空气速度在叶轮中增大,进入外壳后略有降低,下级速度分布相同,且发现了回流区。最后研究了不同因素对吸尘器电风机的影响:风机级数越高,真空度越大;单出口方式和均布环形出口方式真空度相似,但是单出口方式的风机中流场更加复杂,漩涡更多;叶轮转速越高,真空度越大,且多级吸尘器电风机增速更快。通过对吸尘器电风机的流场研究,为进一步提高其性能提供了理论依据。
The CFD method was used to simulate the internal flow field of Multistage vacuum cleaner electric fan,and the pressure and velocity distribution maps were obtained.The results show that the internal overall pressure is symmetrical,the maximum degree of vacuum reaches 0.0405 MPa,the air velocity increases in the impeller,and slightly decreases after entering the shell.The lower velocity distribution is the same,and the recirculation zone is found.Finally,the influence of different factors on the Vacuum cleaner electric fan was studied:The higher the number of fan stages,the greater the degree of vacuum;The single outlet method is similar to the uniform annular outlet vacuum,but the flow field in the single outlet fan is more complex and the vortex is more turbulent.The higher the impeller speed,the greater the degree of vacuum,and the multi-stage vacuum cleaner fan faster growth.The research on the flow field of the electric fan of the vacuum cleaner provides a theoretical basis for further improving its performance.
