摘要
大数据时代下,中国教育现代化发展和教育治理需要指数研究进行监测和追踪。《中国教育指数(2020年版)》对中国省域2019年的教育发展指数、创新指数和绿色指数进行了测算和历史比较。研究发现:相较于2018年,2019年中国省域的教育创新指数上升了0.10,但发展指数、绿色指数和综合指数分别下降了0.22、0.13和0.12。比较而言,31个省域在教育法治、教育信息化、创造性教育产出等领域齐头并进,而在教育投入、教育公平、职业教育和成人教育体系创新等方面差距凸显。整体来看,中国东北和西部省区教育发展相对滞后,与东部发达地区的教育差距有拉大的趋向。
The index research is vital to China’s educational modernization and governance in the era of big data.The Index of Education in China(IEC,2020 Edition)was designated to calculate and compare the status of education in terms of development index,innovation index and green index of China’s 31 provinces in 2019.It found that,compared with 2018,the educational innovation index of China’s provinces increased by 0.10 in 2019,while the development index,green index and comprehensive index decreased respectively by 0.22,0.13 and 0.12,and that the 31 provinces made great progress in the fields of educational legislation,informatization,creative educational output while gaps existed in educational input,equity,vocational education and adult education system innovation.As a whole,it found that the gap in the development of education in the Northeast and West China was relatively being widened in comparison with the provinces of the East China.
