地域文化视域下的高校设计人才培育研究

Research on the Cultivation of Regional Culture in College Design Talents

高校设计人才的培育面临着同质化现象,设计人才培育问题可归纳为知识内涵、技能培养、应用转化三个层面。针对问题内容,提出构建地域文化在高校人才中的培养路径,其目的在于传承与创新地域文化,开拓教学思维模式,提升专业人才文化涵养,促进设计师资团队的创新发展。本着与时俱进的人才培育态度,在改革中激活人才的历史情怀,提升专业设计能力,为弘扬地域文化、完善教学体系、发展创新设计提供培育方向。

At present,the cultivation of design talents in colleges and universities is currently facing the phenomenon of homogenization.The problem of lack of talents can be summarized into three levels:knowledge connotation,skill cultivation and application transformation.For the content of the problem,this paper proposes to cultivate the cultivation path of regional culture in college talents.The purpose is to inherit and innovate regional culture,develop teaching thinking mode,enhance the cultural connotation of professional talents,and promote the innovative development of architects.In the spirit of cultivating talents with the times,we will activate the historical feelings of talents in the reform,enhance the professional design ability,and provide a cultivation direction for promoting regional culture,perfecting the teaching system,and developing innovative designs.
