摘要
基础实验教会了本科生基本的实验操作技能,然后开展适当的综合实验,循序渐进培养学生综合应用知识的能力以及创新能力,能够更好地接轨科研训练。聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)是一类研究广泛的温度响应聚合物,该综合实验采用可逆加成-断裂链转移自由基聚合反应合成目标聚合物,通过核磁鉴定聚合物结构并计算聚合单元数,进一步通过测试聚合物溶液在不同温度的吸光度来测定聚合物的低临界溶解温度以及温度响应行为可逆性,并观察溶液外观随温度降低的变化。该综合实验内容丰富、难度适中、实验现象明显,能够提高学生实验操作技能并激发做实验的积极性。
The basic experiments teach the undergraduates special experimental operation skills,and then carries out appropriate comprehensive experiments to gradually develop students ability to comprehensively apply knowledge and innovation ability,which is conducive for students to the transition from basic experiments to research training.Poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)is a kind of temperature-responsive polymer which has been extensively studied.In this comprehensive experiment,the target polymer was synthesized by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer radical polymerization(RAFT).NMR spectroscopy was used to identify the structure of the polymer and calculate the number of polymerization units.The lower critical solution temperature and the reversibility of temperature response behavior of the polymer were determined by measuring the absorbance of the polymer solution at different temperatures.The content of the comprehensive experiment is novel,the difficulty is moderate,and the experimental phenomena is obvious.It can improve students experimental operation skills while stimulate their enthusiasm for the experiment.
