摘要
根据“新工科”建设要求和汽车专业人才培养的特点,分析并吸纳国外先进的教学经验,改革汽车拆装实习课程。坚持以“学”为中心,建设双师型教师团队,提出全新的“多感官联动”实习教学方式,建立内容完善的模块化实习知识序列,搭建立体化多点协同综合评价体系,培养具有创新意识的复合型应用技术人才。经教学实践检验,改革实施效果明显。
According to the requirement of emerging engineering education and the characteristic of talents training for automotive specialty,the course of Automotive Disassembly and Assembly Practice is reformed in order to cultivate the compound innovative talents.A double-qualified teacher team is built,a new feeling-driven teaching pattern combining technology and humanity is proposed and a set of complete practice contents are developed.Moreover,a comprehensive multipoint evaluation method is designed.The teaching result shows that the reformation is effective.
