摘要
ZPW-2000移频轨道电路是防护铁路区间安全的重要装备。专业教学中因实验设备的缺乏导致学生对区间移频轨道电路信号产生原理认知不足。在分析计算移频轨道信号产生过程、发送原理的基础上,利用单片机和DDS芯片设计了ZPW-2000移频轨道电路信号发生器。采用移频表、示波器对产生的信号数据、波形的分析测试表明,设计的移频信号发生器能够稳定输出ZPW-2000的载频调制信号,满足实验条件下学习的需求。
ZPW-2000 frequency shift track circuit is an essential technical means to protect the safety of railway sections.Due to the lack of experimental equipment in professional teaching,students lack of understanding of the principle of interval frequency shift track circuit signal generation.Based on the introduction of the process and transmission principle of the frequency-shifted signal,this paper uses the single-chip microcomputer and DDS(Direct Digital Synthesizer)chip to realize the function of the ZPW-2000 frequency shift signal generator.The analysis of the generated signal data and waveform by frequency shift meter and oscilloscope shows that the designed frequency shift signal generator can stably output the carrier frequency modulated signal of ZPW-2000,which meets the needs of learning under experimental conditions.
