摘要 阐述桩西采油厂老河口油田注水系统现状及五号桩油田桩52注水系统的基本现状,结合实际分析并指出注水系统效率低、单耗高的突出问题及原因,阐述注水系统节能调整改造所采取的有效措施。提出利用分压注水工艺技术,将现有注水系统分为高、低压两套注水系统,有效减少低压注水井配水间的阀门控制损失,提高站外注水管网运行效率,两个注水系统注水单耗共下降1.55 kWh/m^3,年节电290.3×10^4 kWh,在油田注水系统运行中取得良好经济效益和社会效益,促进油田企业绿色节能降耗。 The present situation of water injection system in Laohekou oil production plant and the basic situation of water injection system in Pile 52 of No.5 Oil field is described. The problems and causes of low efficiency and high single consumption of water injection system are analyzed and the effective measures for energy saving adjustment and reconstruction of water injection system are expounded. Put forward using the partial pressure of water injection technology, the existing water injection system can be divided into high and low pressure two sets of water injection system, effectively reduce the loss of control valve of low pressure injection Wells water injection, improving the efficiency of the inbound water injection pipe network, water consumption of water injection system,a total of two falling 1.55 kWh/m^3,power saving 290.3×10~4 k Wh,in oilfield water injection system in the operation of the achieve good economic benefit and social benefit,to promote enterprise green,saving energy and reducing consumption.
