农村空心化背景下乡村文化治理困境及对策研究

Study on the dilemma and countermeasures of rural cultural governancein the context of rural hollowing

乡村文化治理作为凝聚乡土精神文明、优化乡村社会系统的重要治理方式,是乡村振兴战略整体布局的重要组成部分。但在当前阶段下农村空心化现象日益严重,为乡村文化治理带来了一定阻碍。首先描述农村空心化的两个基本特征即产业空心化与人口空心化,探讨文化治理在乡村治理中的意义,继而分析农村空心化对文化治理造成了主体缺位、乡土文明衰退和文化产业发展受限等现实困境,针对性地提出乡村文化治理的对策建议。

Rural cultural governance as an important way to condense local spiritual civilization and optimize rural social system,it is an important part of the overall layout of rural revitalization strategy.However,under the current stage,the phenomenon of rural hol⁃lowing out is becoming more and more serious,which has brought some obstacles for rural cultural governance.This paper first de⁃scribes the two basic characteristics of rural hollowing out,namely,industrial hollowing out and population hollowing out,discusses the positive significance of cultural governance in rural governance,and then analyzes the practical difficulties caused by rural hollow⁃ing out on cultural governance,such as the absence of the main body,the decline of local civilization and the limited development of cultural industry,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for rural cultural governance.
