摘要 简要分析了铜冷却壁的破损机理和对高炉的影响,并结合5号高炉操作实践,重点总结了高炉软水冷却壁查漏方法、冷却壁漏水的处理技术和使用维护技术,高炉在操作应对中,采取了科学的管理方法,下部增加鼓风动能,稳定炉温,中部适当控制冷却强度,上部布料调节以中心气流为主,稳定边沿气流,使得高炉操作炉型得到了合理维护,保证了安全生产,促进了生产指标的进步。 This paper briefly analyzes the damage mechanism of the copper cooling stave and its influence on the blast furnace.Combined with the operation practice of No.5 blast furnace,it mainly summarizes the leakage checking method of the soft water cooling stave,the treatment technology and the use and maintenance technology of the cooling stave leakage.During the operation of the blast furnace,the scientific management method is adopted,the blast kinetic energy is increased in the lower part,the furnace temperature is stabilized,the cooling intensity is properly controlled in the middle part,and the upper part is arranged The material regulation is mainly based on the central air flow and stabilizes the edge air flow,which makes the furnace type of blast furnace operation reasonably maintained,ensures the safety of production and promotes the progress of production indexes.
