摘要
河钢宣钢公司炼铁厂1#高炉至今生产了11.7年,已处于炉役末期,炉缸碳砖存在着不同程度侵蚀,且温度升高,威胁安全生产。针对炉役末期情况,采取了配加钛矿、强化铁口维护、堵风口、调整操作参数等一系列高效综合护炉技术,增加监测措施,严密监测炉缸碳砖温度变化,达到了安全生产的目的。同时在护炉过程中,兼顾了高炉技术经济指标,较好地解决了强化与护炉的矛盾,技术经济指标未受到明显影响。
The 1#blast furnace of Xuanhua iron and steel has been put into operation for more than 11.7 years now.There are varying degrees of erosion of hearth carbon bricks.With the extension of production life,the erosion will further aggravate and threaten the safe production of blast furnace.In view of the rising temperature of hearth carbon bricks,a series of comprehensive furnace protection measures were taken to improve the titanium load,strengthen the iron mouth maintenance,adjust the operating parameters and other measures.The temperature of hearth carbon bricks gradually decreased,the safety warning was lifted,and the safe production was achieved.At the same time,because the timing of furnace protection is reasonable and the strength of various furnace protection measures is well controlled,during the process of furnace protection,the blast furnace technical and economic indicators are not significantly affected,and after the end of furnace protection,the blast furnace is quickly transferred to intensified smelting.
