摘要
单分散纳米二氧化硅粒子应用广泛,研究其制备机理意义。文章介绍了采用离子交换法制备单分散二氧化硅的反应主要步骤,包括离子交换反应制备活性硅酸,单分散二氧化硅母核的制备、母核的生长等主要过程,对每个步骤对应的反应机理进行了解释和分析。
The main steps of preparation of monodisperse silica by ion exchange method are introduced,including preparation of active silicic acid by ion exchange reaction,preparation of monodisperse silica parent nucleus and growth of parent nucleus.The reaction mechanism of each step was explained and analyzed,which provided the oretical help for the preparation of monodisperse silica.
