摘要
为解决甲醇制烯烃工艺外取热器运行过程中所遇到的取热异常问题,结合生产实践,在介绍甲醇制烯烃工艺所涉及的下流式外取热器的基础上,总结出其常见的取热异常情况,对异常情况进行原因分析。根据外取热器在实际生产过程中遇到的取热异常及不取热等问题,深入剖析外取热器取热异常的原因,同时结合生产实践的相关处理措施,进一步总结和得出解决外取热器取热异常及不取热等异常情况的方法,以指导生产实践,使得甲醇制烯烃工艺外取热器能够长周期平稳运行,减少生产波动,从而能够对甲醇制烯烃工艺的安稳长满优运行奠定坚实的基础。
In order to solve abnormal problems of the external heat extractor encountered in the methanol to olefin process,we combined with the production practice,on the basis of introducing the low-flow external heat extractor involved in the methanol olefin process,summarized the common abnormal situation of heat extraction,and analyzed the causes of abnormal situation.By analyzing the causes about abnormal problems of the external heat extractor,we obtained the methods of solving the abnormal situation,which is helpful to the long period operation of the external heat extractor.
