摘要
磺化工艺属中国首批重点监管的危险化工工艺,在基础设计阶段开展危险与可操作性分析(HAZOP)方法可以有效地识别系统中存在的高风险剧情,并针对风险点提出建议措施,及时在设计中予以改正,能够有效提升装置的本质安全水平,保证工艺装置的长周期安全稳定运行。
The sulfonation process is one of the first dangerous chemical processes under national key supervision.In basic design stage to carry out the hazard and operability(HAZOP)analysis method can effectively identify system risk existing in the plot,and suggestions are put forward according to the point of risk measures,timely and correct one such mistake in the design,can effectively enhance the level of the essence of the device security and guarantee the safe and stable operation for a long period of processing equipment.
