浅谈试行特种设备检验技术人员派驻制度在“监检一体化”模式中的初步成效

On the Effects of Seconding Special Equipment Technicians on the Mode of“Integration between Regulation and Testing”

2019年以来,厦门市市场监督管理局不断探索、积极落实厦门市关于“监检合力共保特种设备安全”的相关精神,对目前以人员借调为主的监检双向交流合作机制形成的协调联动、互为支撑的工作局面进行探讨,旨在为创新特种设备安全监管机制提供一点新思路。

Under the guideline of the Xiamen Municipal Government to“safeguard the special equipment security with the joint efforts of regulatory and testing personnel”,Xiamen Administration of Market Regulation has been working on the mode of coordination and integration based on the two-way cooperation between regulatory and testing personnel by seconding technicians since 2019.By probing into this mode,this paper aims at providing new insights into the innovation of the regulatory mechanism of special equipment security.
