疫情影响下食品企业的质量发展对策研究——基于武汉市食品企业调研 被引量:3

The Research on Quality Development Countermeasures of Food Enterprises under the Influence of Epidemic Situation Based on the Investigation of Food Enterprises in Wuhan

摘要 2020年年初,湖北省武汉市突发新冠肺炎疫情,食品企业生产经营面临巨大挑战。随着疫情得到全面控制,食品企业复工复产有序进行。为增强食品企业质量竞争力,帮助企业加快实现经济效益增长,武汉市标准化研究院面向全市食品生产企业开展调研,覆盖全市300家食品企业。调研从人员、产能、营收情况、困难问题、采取措施及培训需求等不同维度进行分析,通过对比逆势发展企业与全市整体食品企业,总结逆势发展食品企业质量发展优势,推进食品企业在高质量发展环境下补齐短板,实现持续健康质量发展。 The outbreak of COVID-19 in Wuhan,Hubei Province at the beginning of 2020,which brought great challenge for food enterprises.With the control of the epidemic,food enterprises resume work and production orderly.In order to enhance the quality competitiveness and accelerate the growth of economic benefits of food enterprises,Wuhan Institute of Standardization conducted a survey on food production enterprises in Wuhan covering 300 food enterprises.The research analysis the personnel,production capacity,revenue situation,problems,measures and training needs on different dimension.By comparing the contrarian developing enterprises and the overall food enterprises,the research summarizes the contrarian developing advantage of food enterprises.In this way,the food enterprises can overcome shortcomings and achieve sustained healthy development on quality under the high quality environment.
