高水平专业群“大类招生、分类精准育人”的人才培养体系研究

Research on the Talent Training System of “Large Enrollment, Classified and Precise Education”for HighlevelSpecialty Group

“双高计划”是推进中国教育现代化的重要决策,其关键在于专业群建设。广东科学技术职业学院在国家高水平软件技术专业群建设过程中,基于职业教育“双精准”理念,构建了“大类招生、分类精准育人”的人才培养体系。针对软件技术专业群的各类生源,专业群建立了跨专业的异步教学组织机制,构建“纵向贯通、横向融通”的课程体系,与华为等企业合作共建产教融合实践平台,重构基层教学组织,研究制订各类教学标准,开发数字化教学资源,构建大数据平台,全方位提升人才培养质量。

The“Double-high plan”is an important decision to promote the modernization of China’s education,and the key lies in the construction of specialty groups.In the process of building a national high-level software technology specialty group,Guangdong Institute of Science and Technology has established a talent training system of“large enrollment,classified and precise education”based on the concept of“double precision”in vocational education.Aiming at the various student sources of the software technology specialty group,the specialty group has established a cross-specialty asynchronous teaching organization mechanism,constructed a“vertical integration and horizontal integration”curriculum system,cooperated with Huawei and other companies to build a practice platform for integration of industry and education,reconstruct the grassroots teaching organization,research and formulate various teaching standards,develop digital teaching resources,and build a big data platform to comprehensively improve the quality of talent training.
