劳动教育融入高职实训教学的基础、障碍与路径

将劳动教育融入到高职实训教学,既是高职教育贯彻落实党中央部署的具体行动,也是培养满足经济社会发展需求的内在要求。系列利好职教政策与现有的实训条件为劳动教育融入高职实训教学奠定了基础,但思维阻碍、理论制约、资源限制等因素的干扰又在一定程度上阻碍了融入的具体实施。为此,需重构实训教学体系以推进劳动教育课程资源开发,拓展校企合作实训功能以推进协同劳动教育模式,融合不同类群学生并推进基于混编分组的实训与劳动实践,对接1+X证书制度以建构高职劳动教育生长机制。

Integrating labor education into practical teaching of higher vocational education is not only a specific action for higher vocational education to implement the“Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities and Primary Schools in the New Era”,but also to cultivate high-quality labor and skilled talents that meets the inherent requirements of economic and social development.A series of favorable vocational education policies and existing training conditions have laid the foundation for the integration of labor education into practical teaching of higher vocational education,but thinking obstacles,theoretical constraints,resource limitations,and other factors such as class time and safety have hindered to specific implementation of integration in a certain extent.To this end,it is necessary to reconstruct the training teaching system to promote the development of labor education curriculum resources,expand the school-enterprise cooperation training function to promote the collaborative labor education mode,integrate different groups of students to promote the training and labor practice based on mixed grouping and docking 1+X certificate system to construct the growth mechanism of labor education in higher vocational colleges.
