右美托咪定在临床麻醉中的作用研究进展

临床手术治疗时,需要对患者实施合理的麻醉处理,以减少患者手术期间的应激反应,促进手术顺利进行。临床上用于麻醉的药物较多,其中较为常见的麻醉药物为右美托咪定,此种药物是一种有剂量依赖性、镇静催眠等作用的药物,同时具有镇痛、抑制交感活性的作用,目前在临床中有较广泛的应用。本文主要对右美托咪定在临床麻醉中的作用和应用进展进行综述。

In order to reduce the stress reaction during the operation and promote the smooth operation,it is necessary to carry out reasonable anesthesia treatment for the patients in clinical operation.There are many drugs used for anesthesia in clinic,the most common one is dexmedetomidine,this kind of drug is a kind of drug with dose-dependent,sedative and hypnotic effects,at the same time,it has the effects of analgesia and inhibition of sympathetic activity,at present,it is widely used in clinical.This article reviews the role and application progress of dexmedetomidine in clinical anesthesia.
