胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折手术治疗对生活质量的提升效果

Analysis of the promotion effect of surgical treatment on the quality of life of thoracolumbar multi segmental spinal fractures

目的:分析胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折手术治疗对生活质量的提升作用。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折患者60例,将其按照治疗方式的不同分为两组,分别为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组实施单纯手法复位治疗;研究组实施后路手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,对照组为80.00%,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组世界卫生组织生活质量测定量数100(WHOQOL-100)评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组WHOQOL-100评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术治疗胸腰椎多节段脊柱骨折的效果显著,可有效缓解临床症状,促进骨折愈合和功能恢复,并提高患者生活质量。

Objective:to analyze the effect of surgical treatment of thoracolumbar multi segmental spinal fractures on the quality of life.Methods:from January 2017 to January 2019,60 patients with thoracolumbar multi segmental spinal fractures were treated,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods:control group and study group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple manual reduction;the study group was treated with posterior surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:the total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,and that of the control group was 80.00%.The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in WHOQOL-100 score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but the WHOQOL-100 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:surgical treatment of thoracolumbar multi segmental spinal fractures has significant effect,can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,promote fracture healing and functional recovery,and improve the quality of life of patients.
