摘要 目的:确定是否可将认知行为疗法(CBT)归类为自闭症儿童(ASD)的实证支持治疗(EST)。方法:系统回顾,每项研究均使用特殊儿童理事会(CEC)推荐的质量指标进行评估,包括评估研究效果、学校参与等信息。结果:共30项研究被纳入分析。结果表明,针对ASD儿童的改良CBT干预措施符合特殊儿童理事会EST的标准。在所评估的研究中,只有2个(6%)涉及学校环境,教师参与了干预。结论:本综述的结果为改良CBT作为ASD的EST提供了实证支持。针对ASD儿童和焦虑症儿童实施CBT治疗时,几乎没有研究涉及学校环境。 Objective:To determine whether CBT can be classified as empirical supportive treatment(EST)for autistic children(ASD).Methods:In a systematic review,each study was evaluated using the quality indicators recommended by the Special Children’s Council(CEC),including information on the effectiveness of the study,school participation,etc.Results:A total of 30 studies were included in the analysis.Results indicated that modified CBT interventions for children with ASD met CEC criteria for an EST.Among the studies evaluated,only two(6%)involved a school setting in which educators participated in the intervention.Conclusion:The results of this review provide empirical support for the improvement of CBT as the EST of ASD.When CBT was performed in children with ASD and anxiety disorders,there were few studies involving school environments.
