中频药透治疗痰湿阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of medium frequency of drug dialysis on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with phlegm dampness obstruction

目的:观察中频药透治疗痰湿阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法:2018年10月-2019年10月收治符合痰湿阻肺型COPD缓解期患者50例,在常规治疗基础上予以3个疗程的中频药透治疗。比较患者治疗前后COPD症状(CAT)评分及改良呼吸困难指数(mMRC)评分、治疗前后1年间COPD急性发作次数及住院次数。结果:50例患者治疗期间1年内急性发作次数低于治疗前1年内,因COPD住院次数低于治疗前1年内,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。50例患者治疗后CAT评分、mMRC评分均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中频药透治疗对痰湿阻肺型COPD患者有一定疗效,可以减少COPD急性发作次数及住院次数,改善患者症状、并提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of medium frequency of drug dialysis in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with phlegm dampness obstruction.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,50 cases of patients with COPD in remission period of phlegm dampness obstructive lung type were enrolled,they were given 3 courses of medium frequency of drug dialysis therapy on the basis of conventional treatment.The symptom score(CAT)and modified dyspnea index score(mMRC)of patients before and after treatment,the number of acute episodes of COPD and the number of hospitalizations during one year before and after treatment were compared.Results:The number of acute attacks after treatment in 50 patients was less than 1 year before treatment,the number of hospitalizations due to COPD was lower than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CAT score and mMRC score of 50 patients were better than before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mid-frequency of drug dialysis therapy has a certain effect on the patients with phlegm dampness obstructive lung type of COPD,it can reduce the number of COPD acute attacks and hospitalization,improve the symptoms of patients,it also can improve the quality of life of patients.
