CT与磁共振在中枢神经系统感染的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of CT and MRI in central nervous system infection

目的:研究CT与磁共振(MRI)在中枢神经系统感染诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:2018年7月-2019年7月收治中枢神经系统感染患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。A组采用CT检查;B组采用MRI诊断。比较两组检查结果。结果:B组异常检出率高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组病毒性脑炎、化脓性脑膜炎、新型隐球酵母菌脑膜炎、结核性脑膜炎检出率均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CT与MRI均可以作为中枢神经系统感染的有效诊断方案,但MRI的疾病检出率明显高于CT检查,疾病误诊与漏诊率更低。

Objective:To study the clinical value of CT and magnetic resonance(MRI)in the diagnosis of central nervous system infection.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2019,120 patients with central nervous system infection were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group.The group A was examined by CT.The group B was diagnosed by MRI.The examination results of the two groups were compared.Results:The abnormal detection rate in the group B was significantly higher than that in the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of viral meningitis,suppurative meningitis,cryptococcus neoformans meningitis and tuberculous meningitis in the B group were significantly higher than those in the group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both CT and MRI can be used as effective diagnostic methods for central nervous system infection,but the disease detection rate of MRI is significantly higher than that of CT,and the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis is lower.
