围术期护理干预应用于腹腔镜治疗宫外孕患者中的护理效果及对心理状态的影响

Nursing effect of perioperative nursing intervention in application of laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy and its effect on psychological state

目的:分析围术期护理干预应用于腹腔镜治疗宫外孕患者中的护理效果及对心理状态的影响。方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治宫外孕患者77例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理;研究组采用围术期护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:研究组干预后焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、疼痛评分、胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间及睡眠质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将围术期护理干预用于腹腔镜治疗宫外孕患者中,可缓解患者不良心态,改善睡眠质量。

Objective:To analyze the nursing effect of perioperative nursing intervention in application of laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy and its effect on psychological state.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,77 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Conventional nursing was used in the control group.The study group used perioperative nursing intervention.The effects of intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:Anxiety score,depression score,pain score,gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospital stay and sleep quality after intervention in the study group were all better than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing intervention is used in laparoscopic treatment of ectopic pregnancy can alleviate the bad mentality and improve the quality of sleep.
