加速康复外科护理应用于腹腔镜结直肠癌患者的效果及满意度分析

Effect and satisfaction analysis of fast track surgery nursing in laparoscopic colorectal cancer patients

目的:探究加速康复外科护理应用于腹腔镜结直肠癌患者的效果及满意度。方法:2017年6月-2020年1月收治腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者84例,随机分为两组,各42例。对照组围术期给予传统护理模式干预;观察组实施加速康复外科护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组术后肛门排气时间、进食时间及下床活动时间均早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加速康复外科护理能够加快腹腔镜结直肠癌手术患者术后恢复,缩短住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect and satisfaction of fast track surgery nursing in laparoscopic colorectal cancer patients.Methods:From June 2017 to January 2020,84 cases of patients who underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing intervention during perioperative period,the observation group was given fast track surgery nursing intervention.The nursing efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:Postoperative anal exhaust time,eating time,time of getting out of bed in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the length of stays were significantly shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The fast track surgery nursing can speed up the recovery of patients who undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery,shorten the length of hospital stays,reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications and it can improve patients’satisfaction to nursing.
