6S管理模式在非医学类高校医院护理管理中的应用效果

Application of 6 s management mode in nursing management of non-medical university hospitals

目的:探讨实施6S管理模式对非医学类高校医院临床护理管理质量的影响。方法:自2019年6-12月我院护理部实施6S管理模式,并与2019年6月前未实施6S管理模式相比较,比较实施前后效果。结果:实施6S管理模式后的治疗室、换药室、肌注室、观察室、办公室凌乱、无序的状况明显改善;护士的仪表仪容、急救药品的管理、仪器设备的维护、护理服务态度等均优于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:6S管理模式的有效实施可提高非医学类高校医院临床护理管理质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of 6 S management mode on the quality of clinical nursing management in non-medical university hospitals.Methods:The 6 S management mode was implemented in the nursing department of our hospital from June to December 2019,and compared with the 6 S management mode which was not implemented before June 2019,and the effects before and after implementation were compared.Results:After the implementation of 6 S management mode,the treatment room,dressing room,intramuscular injection room,observation room and office were significantly improved.The appearance of nurses,the management of emergency drugs,the maintenance of instruments and equipment and the attitude of nursing service were better than those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective implementation of 6 S management mode can improve the quality of clinical nursing management in non-medical university hospitals.
