信息化技术在应对新型冠状病毒肺炎急诊全程化管理中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的急诊全程化管理过程中,采用信息化技术的效果与应用价值。方法:2020年2月收治COVID-19疑似患者500例,根据诊治模式不同分为观察组与对照组,各250例。观察组全面采用信息化技术进行急诊全程化管理;对照组采用传统急诊诊治模式。比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组接诊时间、分诊时间、有效抢救时间、急诊停留时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度与科室满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在应对COVID-19的急诊全程化管理过程中,采用信息化技术能够有效的缩减转运响应时间与转运环节时间,有效增加了急诊转运环节的效率,从而大大缩短了患者从急诊到检查、治疗转归的时间,有效提升了患者与科室的满意度。 Objective:To analyze the effect and application value of adopting information technology in the emergency whole-course management of"COVID-19".Methods:500 COVID-19 suspected patients were selected in February 2020,and they were divided into observation group and control group with 250 cases in each group according to different diagnosis and treatment modes.The observation group adopted information technology for emergency whole-coursemanagement.The control group adopted the conventional diagnosis and treatment mode.Theapplication effect between the two groups was compared.Results:Thereception time,triagetime,effective rescue time and emergency stay time in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,andthe differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Patient satisfaction and department satisfaction in the observation group were both higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of emergency whole-course management of COVID-19,the use of information technology can effectively reduce transport response time and transport linktime,effectively increase the efficiency of emergency transport links,thus greatly shorten the patients from the emergency department to examination,treatment outcome of the time,andeffectively improve the satisfaction of patient and department.
