摘要
铝合金桁架人行天桥中的节点连接通常采用螺栓连接。查阅现有研究文献,缺乏铝合金桁架人行天桥主体构件采用铝合金矩形管用螺栓连接-螺栓的受力情况研究,对此通过计算现行国家标准《铝合金结构设计规范:GB 50429-2007》中螺栓的承载力设计值,并设计了2组关于铝合金方管或铝合金板材与铝槽型材装配连接-螺栓的承载力试验,验证螺栓是否满足承载力要求,为工程应用提供一些参考。通过规范计算和试验对比分析,铝合金桁架人行天桥主桥构件铝方管与铝方管或铝槽连接采用螺栓连接时,螺栓承载力的计算直接套用现行国家标准《铝合金结构设计规范:GB 50429-2007》中的公式,结构是偏于安全的,且连接铝合金管的螺栓变形比规范给出的板与板连接螺栓变形略大。
The joints of Aluminum alloy truss pedestrain bridge are usually connected by bolts.Referring to the existing research literature,there is a lack of research on bolt connection of aluminum alloy rectangular tube used in the main components of aluminum alloy truss pedestrian overpass.The bearing capacity design value of bolts in the current national standard“code for design of aluminum alloy structure”is calculated,and two groups of assembly connection bolt of aluminum alloy square tube or aluminum alloy plate and aluminum channel profile are designed.Bearing capacity test to verify whether the bolts meet the requirements of bearing capacity,and provide some reference for engineering application.According to the standard calculation and test comparison and analysis,when the aluminum square tube and aluminum square tube or aluminum groove connection is adopted for the main bridge component of aluminum alloy truss pedestrian bridge,the bolt connection is adopted.The calculation of bolt bearing capacity directly applies the formula in the current national standard“code for design of aluminum alloy structures”.The structure is safe and the deformation of bolts connecting aluminum alloy pipe is slightly larger than that of plate to plate connection bolt given in the code.
