摘要 试验探索掺配超细粉煤灰、矿渣粉的海工混凝土拌合物工作性能以及试配规则。通过观测拌合物生产、载运和入仓振捣对出机拌合物含气量的变化,总结拌合物含气量变化的特点。以汕头某大桥海工高性能混凝土为例,经过混凝土掺配试验、压力泌水试验和含气量检测,提取出海工混凝土拌合物适宜的压力泌水值和浆集比数据,获得海工混凝土外掺料合理的掺配比例和工作性能的特征值,分析数据得出海工混凝土拌合物浆集比不宜低于20%,出机含气量到入仓后衰减值约为40%,最佳含气量分布范围为出机时5.8%~6.1%为最佳含气量分布范围。 The working performance and trial mixing rules of marine concrete mixed with ultra-fine fly ash and slag powder are explored.By observing the changes of air content of the mixture produced,transported and put into the warehouse and vibrated,the characteristics of the change of the air content of the mixture are summarized.Taking the marine high-performance concrete of a bridge in Shantou as an example,through the concrete mixing test,pressure bleeding test and air content detection,the appropriate pressure bleeding value and slurry aggregate ratio data of marine engineering concrete mixture are extracted,and the reasonable mixing proportion and characteristic value of workability of marine concrete admixture are obtained.The analysis of data shows that the slurry aggregate ratio of marine concrete mixture should not be less than 20%,and it is out of the machine The attenuation value of air content after entering the warehouse is about 40%,and the best gas content distribution range is 5.8%~6.1%when the air content is out of the machine.
