教育供给侧视域下合作办学学生工作创新路径探析

摘要 从科学发展的视角来看,供给侧改革既是一种工具性方法,也是社会发展的新理念与新思维,其核心是以管理创新来实现社会经济等领域的发展。当前中外合作办学的教育管理中存在着结构性的有效供给不足、跟进不到位等问题。鉴于此,分析合作办学学生工作中存在的主要问题,指出影响办学质量的障碍,提出创新办学方式,强化顶层设计、优化内容,完善体制环境等供给侧改革路径,以期提升组织管理效率和学生工作的精准度,实现国际优质教育资源的有效利用。 From the perspective of scientific development,the supply-side reform is not only a kind of instrumental methods,but also a novel concept and new thinking of social development.Its core is to achieve the development in the fields of social economy by innovative management.There are some problems in the current education management of Sino-foreign cooperative education,such as insufficient structural supply and inadequate follow-up.In view of this,this paper analyzes the main problems in the student work of cooperative education,points out the obstacles affecting the quality of running schools,and puts forward the supply-side reform path,such as innovating the mode of running schools,strengthening the top-level design,optimizing the content and improving the system environment,so as to improve the efficiency of organizational management and the accuracy of student work,and realize the effective utilization of international high-quality education resources.
