当前幼儿教育越来越受到社会的关注和重视,幼儿的身心健康发展离不开男性精神的影响,幼儿教育需要更多男幼儿教师的参与和支持。在分析男幼儿教师职业发展困境的基础上,剖析其主要原因,重点提出破解男幼儿教师职业发展困境的思路与路径,对当前幼儿教师职业发展具有重要指导意义。

At present,the early childhood education is more and more concerned by the society.The development of children’s physical and mental health is inseparable from the influence of male spirit,and the early childhood education needs more participation and support of male preschool teachers.Based on the analysis of the career development dilemma of male preschool teachers,this paper analyzes the main reasons,and puts forward the ideas and paths to solve the difficulties of the career development of male preschool teachers,which is of important guiding significance for the current career development of preschool teachers.
