摘要
近年来,大学生心理问题越来越突出,社会各界也开始广泛关注大学生的心理健康教育。作为当代优秀的大学生,要求他们不仅知识文化素养出色,而且自身的心理素质水平也必须很高。目前,我国高校为大学生开设了心理健康课程,帮助大学生解决心理问题。然而,在课程开设中也存在一些问题,由此便产生了体验式教学。基于此,分析体验式教学的内涵,深入探讨大学生心理健康课程开展的现状以及高校实施大学生心理健康教育课程体验式教学面临的问题,并阐述体验式教学在大学生心理健康课程中的具体应用策略,以期为今后的研究提供一些参考。
In recent years,the psychological problems of college students have become more and more prominent,and people from all walks of life have begun to pay more attention to the mental health education of college students.As contemporary outstanding college students,they are required not only to have excellent knowledge and cultural literacy,but also to have a high level of psychological quality.At present,colleges and universities in China have set up mental health courses for college students to help them solve psychological problems.However,there are also some problems in the course offering,which leads to experiential teaching.Based on this,this paper analyzes the connotation of experiential teaching,deeply discusses the current situation of college students’mental health course and the problems faced by the implementation of experiential teaching in college students’mental health education course,and expounds the specific application strategies of experiential teaching in college students’mental health course,so as to provide some references for future research.
