摘要
德技并修主要指青年学生在学习与工作中所融入的技艺、德性、意念等要素的融合形态,与现代企业的"化于文、品于行、匠于心、精于工"的思想内涵相同。修技与育德是增强高职学生创业创新能力的源动力,重点强调了职业精神、人文素养与岗位技能的整齐划一。而工学结合则重点强调"学中做""做中学"的教学理念,其本质是学生在专业学习中参与岗位工作,在岗位工作中获取知识。因此,工学结合可以看作是工作与学习相融合的教育模式。通常来讲,工作是理论实践的场所,学习是知识获取的渠道,高职院校在现代化发展中应不断深化工学结合、校企合作、产教融合,推动并改革当前的教学模式,实现职业教育的长远发展。结合工学结合德技并修的组合要素,探析工学结合的运行机制与附属机制,提出相应的评价机制构建策略。
The combination of morality and skills mainly refers to the integration of young students’skills,virtues,ideas and other elements,which is the same as the ideological connotation of modern enterprises.The cultivation of skills and morality is the source power to enhance the entrepreneurship and innovation ability of higher vocational students,which emphasizes the unity of professional spirit,humanistic quality and post skills.The combination of work and learning emphasizes the teaching concepts of"doing by learning"and"learning by doing".The essence is that students participate in post work in professional learning and gain knowledge in work.Therefore,the combination of work and learning can be regarded as an educational model that integrates work and learning.Generally speaking,work is the place for theoretical practice,and learning is a channel for knowledge acquisition.In the modernization process of higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to continuously deepen the integration of work and learning,school and enterprise cooperation,and integration of production and education,promote and reform the current teaching model,and realize the long-term development of vocational education.Combined with the combination elements of combining work with learning and morality,this paper explores the operation mechanism and affiliated mechanism of combining work with learning,and proposes the corresponding evaluation mechanism construction strategies.
