电力设备专用测试装置校准平台测控机制研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对目前电力设备专用测试装置校准工作中的校准周期长、操作难度大、费用高、效率低等问题,文中提出了由试验员校准实验室、数据库、监护系统以及中心实验室4个模块组成的基于互联网+的开放式校准平台架构。文中描述了校准平台中心实验室的总体架构、校准平台多任务并发的测控机制以及各个模块间的通信过程。同时提出了基于观察者模式的监护系统结构和基于XML的校准平台仪器语言,使得校准平台可以自动完成校准过程。文中提出的校准平台可以有效地规范校准仪器开发与应用过程,有效降低电力设备专用测试装置计量的费效比。 In view of long calibration cycle,difficult operation,high cost and low efficiency in the calibration of special test device for electric power equipment,the paper proposed an opening system based on Internet+consisting of four modules,tester calibration laboratory,database,monitoring system and central laboratory.The paper described the overall structure of the calibration platform of central laboratory,the multi-task concurrent measurement and control mechanism of the calibration platform,and the communication process between the modules.At the same time,the structure of the monitoring system based on the observer mode and the XML-based as the configuration file were proposed,so that the calibration platform can automatically complete the calibration process.The calibration platform can effectively standardize the development and application process of the calibration instrument,and effectively reduce the cost-effectiveness of power equipment measurement.
