摘要
针对圆光栅安装偏心、倾斜等因素造成的减速器检测仪测角系统精度降低问题,提出了采用多面棱体结合光电自准直仪对角度传感器进行自动标定及数据处理方法。利用一种可膨胀结构安装多面棱体,使多面棱体与检测仪中的圆光栅能够同轴、同步转动。通过上位机控制电机驱动测量轴系旋转,实现标定数据自动采集。数据处理后自动建立补偿模型。结果表明:标定后的精密减速器检测仪角度测量精度可从7.6″提高到1″。
Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of angle measuring system of reducer detector caused by eccentricity and inclination of circular grating installation.A method of automatic calibration and processing of angle sensor using polyhedral prism and photoelectric autocollimator and a data processing method for obtaining angle measurement error were proposed.Using an expandable structure to install the polyhedral prism,the coaxial and synchronous rotation of polyhedral prism and circular grating can be realized.The upper computer controls the motor to drive the measurement shafting to rotate so as to realize the automatic collection of calibration data.The compensation model is established automatically after data processing.The results show that the angle measuring accuracy of the calibrated precision reducer detector can reach from 7.6″to 1″.
