摘要 为实现对输电线压接间距的检测,提出一种基于图像处理的检测方法,利用压接图像灰度特征和几何特征提取输电线压接痕迹。首先,使用自定义边缘检测算子对压接痕迹进行提取;然后,根据图像的几何特征去除干扰区域,经过骨架提取和剪枝处理得到单像素宽的压接痕迹;最后,采用标准件法对相机进行标定,得到像素当量,利用投影法实现压接间距的测量。实验结果表明,该方法可以对低对比度的压接图像完成检测,适应不同光照强度,有效的消除输电线表面污损对检测的干扰,压接间距检测结果与人工测量的尺寸偏差小于1 mm,实现对压接电缆快速检测,具有较强的实用性。 In order to realize the detection of the crimping interval of the transmission line,this paper proposes a detection method based on image processing,which uses the gray-scale features and geometric features of the crimped cable image to extract the crimping traces of the transmission line.Firstly,the customized edge detection operator is used to extract the crimping traces.Then,the interference region is removed according to the geometric features of the image,and the single-pixel wide crimping trace is obtained through the skeleton extraction and the pruning process.Finally,the camera is calibrated by the standard part method to obtain the pixel equivalent.The crimping interval is obtained by the projection method.The experimental results show that the method can perform the detection of low contrast crimped cable images,adapt to different light intensities,and effectively eliminate the interference of the stained surface of the transmission line.The deviation between the pressure gap detection result and the manual measurement is less than 1mm.It has strong practicability for quick detection of crimped cables.
