海洋环境下直升机防腐底漆的研制

Preparation of Anticorrosive Primer for Helicopter in Marine Environment

针对直升机在海洋环境下的服役要求,制备了直升机铝蒙皮表面环氧防腐底漆。研究了环氧树脂、防腐颜填料、固化剂的选择与配比对涂料性能的影响,并确定了涂料的配方。性能测试结果表明,涂层在耐盐雾、湿热、霉菌以及耐介质性能方面完全达到指标要求。

According to the requirements of helicopter working in marine environment,an epoxy anticorrosive primer for aluminum-based aircraft skin has been prepared.The effects of epoxy,anticorrosive pigments or fillers,curing agent and mass ratio on the film properties are investigated.The coatings formulation is optimized.The testing results show that the prepared film exhibits good resistance to salt fog,heat/moisture,mildew and chemical medium,etc.
