摘要
介绍了水性FEVE氟碳树脂分散体的分子结构设计;讨论了乳液聚合法、溶液聚合外乳化法和溶液聚合内乳化法的工艺特点;水性单组分自交联和水性双组分FEVE氟碳树脂分散体的结构特点、合成工艺以及水性FEVE氟碳树脂涂层的特性及应用。介绍讨论了粉末FEVE氟碳树脂的结构设计、合成工艺进展以及FEVE氟碳粉末涂料配方设计的技术发展、涂层的主要性能。最后,展望了水性和粉末FEVE氟碳涂料技术发展趋势和应用前景。
The molecular structure design of waterborne FEVE fluorocarbon resin dispersion is introduced.The technological characteristics of emulsion polymerization,solution polymerization external emulsification method and solution polymerization internal emulsification method are discussed.The structural characteristics and synthesis process of waterborne 1K self-crosslinking and waterborne 2K FEVE fluorocarbon resin dispersions and their coating performance are also discussed.In addition,the structure design and synthesis process of powder FEVE fluorocarbon resin and its formula design for powder coatings as well as coating performance are discussed.Finally,the development trend and application of waterborne and powder FEVE fluorocarbon coatings are prospected.
